Checkout is available for eligible Canadian addresses. A $25 CAD flat shipping rate applies below $250 CAD, with free standard shipping at $250 CAD or more. Rates, thresholds, and carrier availability may change before an order is accepted.
Processing and delivery
Estimated processing or transit times are not guarantees. Weather, holidays, inventory review, address checks, remote destinations, and carrier conditions can cause delay. Risk and title transfer as required by the purchase agreement and applicable law.
Addresses and tracking
Customers must provide a complete deliverable address. Contact support immediately if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Tracking events are supplied by the carrier and may not update in real time.
Damage, loss, and exceptions
Report visible damage, an incorrect parcel, or a delivery exception promptly with the order number and supporting photographs. Keep the shipping container and contents while the matter is reviewed. Available remedies depend on the evidence, carrier process, store policy, and applicable law.
