Cancellations
Contact support as soon as possible to request cancellation. A cancellation is not guaranteed after payment review, packing, or dispatch has begun.
Returns
Do not send an item back without written authorization. Because storage conditions and chain of custody cannot be verified after dispatch, opened or delivered research materials may be ineligible for return unless required by applicable law. Incorrect or damaged items are reviewed using the order record, batch information, packaging, and photographs.
Approved remedies
After review, an eligible matter may result in replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund to the original payment method. Shipping charges are refunded only when required by law or when the approved remedy covers them. Financial institutions control posting times after a refund is issued.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian law.
