1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed with Nexgen Amino and to your use of this website. When you place an order, you agree to them.
2. Research use only
Everything we sell is supplied for in vitro laboratory research only. Our products are not for human or veterinary use, and they are not for diagnosis, treatment or any therapeutic purpose. Our Research Use Only Policy also applies to every order.
3. Eligibility
To order from us you must be at least 19 years of age, you must be buying for laboratory research, and your delivery address must be in Canada. We ship within Canada only.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or listing was shown in error, or if we have reason to believe the products are not intended for research use.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout and are added to the listed price. We dispatch an order only after payment has been received in full.
6. Certificates of analysis
Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory, and we publish the certificate of analysis for it. The results on a certificate apply only to the lot that was tested. We give no warranty beyond the published result for that lot.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Ownership of the products passes to you when they are delivered. You are responsible for giving us a complete and correct delivery address, and we are not responsible for loss or delay caused by an address error.
8. Refunds and returns
We do not accept returns and we do not refund returned products. An order cancelled before it is dispatched is refunded in full. If a product arrives damaged, if we send the wrong product, or if your parcel is not delivered, we replace it as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss that results from a use other than laboratory research. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian law.
