Kisspeptin-10 is a ten-residue peptide corresponding to the C-terminal end of kisspeptin-54, the product of the KISS1 gene. All naturally occurring kisspeptin fragments share this amidated C-terminal decapeptide, and it carries full activity of the KISS1 receptor, GPR54, family. Kisspeptin neurons in the hypothalamus are located directly upstream of the gonadotropin-releasing hormone neurons, and the KISS1 receptor is also expressed in the pituitary, placenta and several peripheral tissues.
Kisspeptin-10 is used in the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis and research on the GPR54 receptor. Provided as a lyophilized powder, 10 mg per vial.

Rates and free shipping

Processing and tracking
