Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the first 29 amino acids of the human growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), with an amide at the C-terminal end. The native hormone is 44 residues long, and this 1-29 fragment is the shortest portion that retains full activity at the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs. Unlike Modified GRF 1-29, Sermorelin carries the native unmodified sequence and is therefore rapidly cleaved by dipeptidyl peptidase-4.
Sermorelin is used in GHRH receptor pharmacology and pituitary signaling research. Provided as a lyophilized powder, 5 mg per vial.

Rates and free shipping

Processing and tracking
