GLP3-RT (LY3437943) is a synthetic peptide of 39 amino acids built on the insulinotropic glucose-dependent polypeptide (GIP) sequence and designed to act as an agonist on three receptors: the GIP receptor, the peptide-like glucagon-1 (GLP-1) receptor, and the glucagon receptor. It contains two isobutyric acid amino acid residues that block cleavage by dipeptidyl peptidase-4, and a C20 fatty acid side chain attached to a lysine residue by a hydrophilic linker, which binds the peptide to serum albumin and extends its half-life to several days.
GLP3-RT is used in research on incretin and glucagon receptor pharmacology. Provided as a lyophilized powder in 10 mg and 20 mg vials.

Rates and free shipping
A flat shipping rate of $25 CAD applies to eligible orders below $250 CAD. Eligible orders of $250 CAD or more receive free standard shipping. The checkout displays the available rate after a complete Canadian address is entered.
Processing and tracking
Orders are normally prepared on business days. Dispatch timing may change during holidays, severe weather, inventory review, or address verification. A tracking reference is provided when the carrier accepts the parcel. Carrier scans can take time to appear.
Delivery issues
