ARA290 (Cibinetide) 10mg

ARA-290, INN cibinetide, is an 11-amino acid synthetic peptide whose sequence is taken from the surface of the beta helix of erythropoietin. Erythropoietin signals via two different receptor assemblies: the classic homodimeric receptor that stimulates red blood cell production, and a heterodimeric receptor formed with the common beta subunit receptor which is expressed in injured and inflamed tissues. ARA-290 was designed to engage only the latter of these, so that it retains erythropoietin’s tissue signaling activity without its erythropoietic activity.

ARA-290 is used in research on inflammation, peripheral nerves, and tissue damage as a selective ligand for the erythropoietin / common beta receptor complex. Provided as a lyophilized powder, 10 mg per vial.

Rates and free shipping

Processing and tracking
